Apeirox operates as a technology and quantitative strategy provider through structured partnerships with independently licensed and regulated brokerage firms. These partnerships ensure that trade execution, account infrastructure, and operational processes are carried out in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance standards within the relevant jurisdictions.
Through integration with authorised third party brokers and execution venues, Apeirox provides access to institutional grade trading infrastructure designed to support transparency, operational integrity, and client protection
Regulatory Clarification
For the avoidance of doubt, Apeirox is registered as a business entity in St Lucia and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other Tier 1 financial regulator.
Apeirox does not act as a broker dealer, custodian, or investment manager. The company operates solely as a technology, systems, and strategy provider, delivering quantitative trading models and execution logic that may be deployed via third party brokerage firms at the client’s discretion.
All client trading accounts are opened directly with, held by, and executed through independent brokerage firms. Responsibility for regulatory oversight, client fund custody, trade execution, and reporting remains exclusively with those authorised entities.
